How Long Does It Take Our Products To Arrive?

On average our products arrive within 20-30 days of being processed. Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed initially. Once our order is processed, A tracking number will usually arrive within 5-10 days. Keep in mind we ship directly from production line (China) so it can take up to 60 days before the product is received. This will save cost for customer but you have to wait a little bit longer, keep this in mind when you order!

Factors such as delayed logistics and customs clearings may have an impact on the delivery time. If your order does not arrive after 90 days, you're eligible for a refund.

How do I track my Order?

You will recieve an email once your order is shipped with your tracking number. Please allow up to 12 days for your order to ship. If you do not recieve a tracking number or if you have any inquiries, please contact us. In the contact us page above.. Keep in mind, some countries outside of the U.S. may not be eligible for a tracking number.

How long will my it take for my order to dispatch?

We try to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. If you order Thursday, You will receive the tracking information in 1-2 days. However, any order between Friday-Sunday will have their tracking numbers on monday mornings!

Where is my order confirmation?

Once you have placed an order, you should receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided. If for some reason, you did not receive this email, please check your spam folder before contacting our Customer Experience team.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. 

Will my parcel be charged additional custom and import charges?

Custom or Import Charges are charged once an item has arrived in its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over what these charges are, as Import and Custom policies vary from country to country. We would advise that you find out what these charges may be before you place your order. 

What do I do if my order is missing?

All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, or if you don't receive a tracking number please contact us at https://fnbrsupply.com/pages/contact-us

Will you be restocking items that have been sold out?

Some of the items on our website sell out quickly, however, we regularly update our site so it's worth checking back. You may also enter your email address to be notified when a product is back in stock.
